How you got into wheelchair rugby? Since my body stopped behaving itself, I havent been able to find a sport that I’ve been able to manage. I finally found that I was able to take part in wheelchair sport without symptoms massively increasing, and setlled on wheelchair rugby as the group members are great and the sport is so different from anything else.

Favourite thing about wheelchair rugby? Learning the rules and tactics, and getting stuck in at the practice sessions

Best moment playing wheelchair rugby? Still new so I’m not sure I have one … scoring my first try at club practice was a pretty good feeling though!

I’m trained as a beekeeping assistant, although standing at a beehive would be a bit problematic these days

Too many to choose! Probably Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain”

Other sports played?

I used to run and play short mat bowls when I was able bodied, playing for club, county and the England under 21s when I was younger. These days its just wheelchair rugby, but what more do you need?
